You will receive an email notification when your item is ready to collect - usually within 24 hours. Online Exclusive orders placed on a Friday, Saturday & Sunday, WILL NOT be available for collection until the Monday onwards.
Returns
Want to return your # Love it! Boutique purchase? No problem! You can return your items to us within 14 days for a refund. Should you return your item after this time frame, you will only be eligible for a credit note. Returns will be accepted upto 28 days after purchase date, however, these items will only warrant a credit note. Please take care when trying on your purchase, as unfortunately, we cannot refund any items with make up, fake tan etc and ALL purchases MUST HAVE tags still attatched.
Cost To Return Your Purchase
The cost to return your purchase will unfortunately not be refunded. Also, if you have received free delivery because your spend was over £100 and you make a return, then if your return takes you under the £100, your postage will be deducted from your refund. We recommend you use a recorded service so your parcel can be easily tracked back to our #LIB Team. We CANNOT be held responsible for lost parcels. Please return your items to : Love it! PLEASE NOTE: Items with embellishments or appliques are a decorative feature and may shed through time. They will only be deemed as faulty, if they are UNWORN and have tags attached.
FAULTY GOODS
Any items found to be faulty, MUST be returned within 14 days, unworn & unwashed along with proof of purchase and you will have the choice of a refund/exchange or repair.

Outlet Items are STRICTLY NON RETURNABLE. These items have been massively reduced and are no longer available to buy Instore. Our items are all NEW, however, some styles may occasionally have a slight mark which is reflected in the price.
